Establishing a wholesale account and becoming a registered RKI dealer requires having a showroom in which you can display our product to the public. A minimum purchase of six full size displays is typically required to open an account.

We are not liable for any order cancellation or changes once they have shipped.

No. There are no minimum order, quantity or service fees.

First orders are shipped prepaid via credit card payment. NET 30 credit terms are usually established after the first order and a basic credit check.

No orders are shipped to past due accounts. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for habitually late or insufficient payments, or for failure to comply with RKI policies, terms and conditions.

Claims for shortages must be made within seven (7) business days from receipt of the order. We will send out the appropriate hardware immediately.

Returns are allowed up to ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 30% restock fee, assuming products are returned in "resalable"condition. Product unusable will be rejected, and damaged items will have higher restock fees implemented.

All orders ship via UPS ground.

Expedited shipping options, such as UPS Red (aka "Next Day Air"), UPS Blue (aka "Two Day") or UPS Orange (aka "Third Day") are available at additional premiums to ground rates from UPS.

Shipping charges are directly calculated by UPS, taking into account factors like package weight, destination, insurance, etc. Any charges for expedited shipping are direct charges added to the freight amount by UPS.

Freight is charged on all orders, including items that ship as a result of an original backorder.

RKI does not add any service or handling fees.

Yes. In fact many vendors have us ship their orders via their verified UPS account number. Third-party billing is often a way to get a deeper discount on freight charges from UPS.

RKI products are available for purchase in over twenty-five hundred fine decorative, plumbing and home furnishing showrooms nationwide. Our product is also available through major online retailers.

Our products are cast with durable, high quality metals including solid brass and zinc.

Yes. Due the nature of the finishing process, you will see some lot-to-lot variation. More elaborate finishes will have deeper variations within a specific lot as well, such as color, accents, and / or explicit finish differences.

The bronzes, especially oil rubbed bronze, will change with time, touch, exposures to climate, etc. The other product finishes are not considered “living” in this regard.

Products should only be cleaned with damp soft cloth, soap, and wiped dry. Over-the-counter cleansers or chemicals should never be used, as they will corrode the finish and void warranty.

All knobs and pulls come with two screw sizes - 1" 8/32 machine screws and 1 ¾" break-away screws with four break points (¾", 1", 1 ¼" and 1 ½") to accommodate all cabinet door sizes.

Each item purchased comes with the screws, hardware, mounting brackets, etc. that the item requires. RKI does not carry or sell extra screws, nails, brackets, etc. We are not liable for items lost or trashed on the job site.

WARRANTY

RKI products are covered under a limited lifetime warranty from breakage or manufacturer defects. Submit a claim with picture(s) showing the defective product(s) and we will normally replace the item(s) at no charge.

Normal wear and tear that changes the appearance of the item isn't covered under warranty. The warranty also does not apply to misused products, those improperly installed, those subjected to accidents, natural disasters, corrosive air and/or outdoor environments, or those altered in any way.

This warranty also does not cover any damages or expenses caused by any defective product or to replace any defective product.
